All troubleshooting and installation questions are generally solved within a short time over the telephone.

The majorities of products distributed are in stock and ready to ship immediately. Most orders are shipped under the same day company shipping policy without delay. Since we are a large distributor we are able to secure the best shipping rates available. We also provide free shipping on large volume orders.
